INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When starting with Academy XV we require your name, phone number, email address and other personal details. We also require any information concerning the medical conditions of the child wishing to train so that our staff and coaches can be made aware in case of an emergency.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to provide you with our services. For example, we process the information you provide with us to book in your session with one of our coaches.

We also use your information to contact you. We may contact you about important policy changes, information about sessions you have booked, or just to let you know about upcoming events we think you'll like. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time. We will obtain your consent before sending such communications.
