TERMS OF USE

We want to help as many players as possible get what they need to play football at the highest level. These terms govern your use of these services.

Academy XV (“we” or “us”) can modify this Terms of Use Agreement at any time. If we make any changes to it, we will provide notice through our services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes, before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may contact us here, and we will take necessary action.

DISCLAIMER

All care and caution is taken at all times but as of mishap, we cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching programs. Parents/Guardians understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with their child participating in the activities provided by us. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our coaching programs.

ATTENDANCE

Please ensure that you arrive on time for all training session (at least 5 minutes prior to start time is preferred). If you arrive late, the session will not run over to make up the time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel a session, please do so immediately and give as least 24 hours notice to avoid charges. If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% charge will be deducted from the card on file. In the case of a no show 100% charge will be taken.

If one of our coaches need to cancel a session due to weather or illness no charges will be taken.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS

We occasionally take photographs and videotape of our coaches and players during sessions and other AXV events. Academy XV holds the right to use any images taken of your child for use in publications, promotional material and on its website in order to promote Academy XV to the public.

You may at any time withdraw permission for photos or video footage taken of your child to be used by us and will inform one our coaches in writing.

COMMUNICATION

To fulfil our obligations to you under these terms and conditions, we will communicate with you by email and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.
